高山野生襄荷营养成分分析与评价

             

摘要

The stems and the buds of the Zingiber mioga rose were studied in this paper. The main mineral elements, polyphenols, flavonoids and other nutrients and functional components were detected and analysed. The content of iron, calcium, zinc are higher than ordinary vegetables in the buds of the Zingiber mioga rose. The flavonoids content in the stems and the buds of the Zingiber mioga rose is greater than 1%. The polyphenol content were 0.38%, 0.48%, 0.83%respectively in the stems, drying and freeze drying of the buds of the Zingiber striolatum Diels. Through the above research, it provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of Zingiber striolatum Diels.%襄荷是一种具有丰富营养和保健作用的野生蔬菜。本文以襄荷茎、襄荷花苞为试验材料,分析了襄荷主要矿质元素、多酚、黄酮等营养成分和功能成分。研究发现,襄荷花苞中铁、钙、锌矿物质元素的含量较一般蔬菜的高,襄荷茎和襄荷花苞黄酮含量都大于1%,襄荷茎、鼓风干燥襄荷花苞、冷冻干燥襄荷花苞多酚含量分别为0.38%、0.48%、0.83%。通过以上研究,为进一步开发利用襄荷这一丰富的野生蔬菜资源提供科学依据。
