重金属在盐地碱蓬体内的累积与转移特征

         

摘要

In order to research the edible safety of Suaeda salsa(S.salsa) under accumulation and transformation of heavy metal,S.salsa in Tianjin coastal line land was selected for test. The result showed the had good accumulation ability of Pb, Zn with high transfer coefficient. Besides,S.salsa had stronger ability of Cu accumulation with low transfer ability. Though the contents of Pb and Zn in coastal wetland soil were higher, they didn't reach the pollution level. The comparison of metal contents in top soil and subsoil was showed as follows: Zn>Pb>Cr>Cu, and the contents of them were not meet the national soil environment standard. While the contents of Cr, Cu, Pb and Zn in root, stem and leaf of in line land were higher than the national organic green vegetable standard. Similarity, they couldn't meet the edible standard. Therefore, could be used for anti-pollution plant in costal wetland land with heavy metal pollution. However, the accumulation of heavy metal in plant illustrate that it couldn't be eaten any more. This paper provided the theoretical basis for development and utilization of in coastal wetland.%为了验证重金属在天津滨海盐地碱蓬体内的累计转移特征是否影响其食用安全性,本文对天津滨海湿地盐地碱蓬进行了取样实验。实验表明:盐地碱蓬对重金属Pb、Zn的富集能力较强且转移系数较大,盐地碱蓬根部对Cu的富集能力最大,但转移能力较弱;滨海盐地碱蓬湿地土壤中重金属Pb和Zn含量较高,但均未达到污染的程度,土壤表层和下层中重金属含量关系表现出:Zn>Pb>Cr>Cu,均达到国家土壤环境标准。盐地碱蓬体根、茎、叶中重金属Cr、Cu、Pb和Zn含量均超过国家无公害绿色蔬菜标准,不符合食用标准。因此,重金属污染的滨海地区,盐地碱蓬可以作为抗污染植物,但体内重金属的积累表明不宜再直接食用,此实验为滨海湿地盐地碱蓬的开发利用提供了理论依据。
