水溶性陶瓷芯在航空铝合金熔模铸造中的应用

介绍了水溶性陶瓷型芯在航空铝合金熔模铸造中的应用，阐述了水溶性陶瓷芯在生产使用及工艺控制中存在的问题，通过对水溶性陶瓷芯生产浇铸实验证明：水溶性陶瓷芯可以适用于各种内腔结构复杂，且表面质量要求高的中、小铝合金铸件。%Introduce application of water soluble ceramic core in investment casting of aluminum alloy for aerospace industry; Elaborate problems of water soluble ceramic core usage during production and process control;Draw conclusion through casting trial runs that water soluble ceramic core can be applied to a variety of aluminum alloy casting, small or medium sized, requiring for complex cavity structure and high surface quality.
