The strength and surface quality of mold is the key to the resin mold production.processing is difficult because high hardness of resin,poor surface quality and many pores after processing.Limit its application in practical production.The technical difficulties of processing and surface are solved,to ensure the strength and surface quality of the resin mold.%树脂模具制作的关键是模具的强度与表面质量.由于树脂的硬度较高,导致加工难度较大,加工后表面质量较差,有很多气孔,使其在实际生产中的应用受到限制.本文通过将不同属性的树脂分层粘接制作的方法,解决了加工与表面质量技术难点,保证了树脂模具的强度与表面质量.
