一种环氧树脂轮盘零件浇注模具的数控加工

摘要

Nowadays,demand of high-voltage electrical insulation pouring has increased rapidly,but epoxy rims class casting mold size is relatively large,the cavity high precision often causes that the processing quality is difficult to guaran-tee.The paper presented numerical control related process,reasonable choice of numerical control equipment,cutting path, the cutting tool and cutting parameters,molding parts precision can fully meet the design requirements,and the cost is low, economic benefits are good,it can provide reference for the same type of machining parts.%目前高压电器对浇注绝缘零件的要求越来越高，且由于环氧树脂轮盘零件浇注模具的外形尺寸比较大，型腔精度高，往往导致加工质量难以保证。本文提出了相关数控工艺方法，合理选择了数控设备、切削走刀路径、切削刀具及切削参数，该模具精度可完全达到设计要求，且成本低、经济效益好，可为同类型模具加工提供参考。
