创新背景下的高校工程训练铸造工艺教学改革研究及其实践

         

摘要

It is an important task for the college engineering training center to carry out the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship and to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.The engineering training center has carried out a series of innovative teaching reform practice in the teaching of foundry technology,including the development and application of metal smelting technology,metal casting process & lost foam casting technology,the establishment of casting technology training platform,the application of new practical teaching methods and so on.Through continuous reform and innovation,good results have been achieved in the improvement of teachers' ability and the cultivation of students'innovative practical ability.%开展创新创业教学,培养高素质创新人才,是高校工程训练中心所承担的一项重要任务.工程训练中心围绕铸造工艺实践教学开展了一系列创新教学改革实践,包括金属熔炼工艺、金属型铸造工艺和消失模铸造工艺技术的开发及应用,铸造工艺实训平台的创建,新型实践教学方法的运用等.经过不断的改革与创新,在师资能力提升和学生创新实践能力培养等方面取得了较好的效果.
