Based on the quantitative research, the paper finds that tree species have a remarkably negative effect on the willingness to accept the compensation standard, while the forest stock has a significantly positive effect, and so on. Therefore, the paper put forward that the government should determine compensation standards of non-commercial forest according to tree species. The government should establish classified compensation standard on the basis of non-commercial forest stock. This is helpful in improving the quality of non-commercial forest, promoting the protection and construction of the hardwood of non-commercial forest, and improving the ecological benefit consequently.
