农户蔬菜种植技术效率及其影响因素分析--基于DEA-Tobit两步法的实证研究

基于山东省蔬菜种植户的调查数据，运用DEA-Tobit两步法，对农户蔬菜种植技术效率进行了测度并实证分析了影响蔬菜种植技术效率的关键因素。研究表明：被调查农户蔬菜种植综合技术效率偏低，蔬菜技术效率存在品种、地区以及规模上的差异，而且蔬菜种植总体处于规模递增阶段，蔬菜各生产要素均呈现不同程度的损失，需要进行优化组合。影响农户蔬菜种植技术效率的主要因素有决策者的受教育程度、家庭收入、蔬菜种植面积以及是否受灾等变量。在此基础上，本文提出了提高蔬菜种植技术效率的有效途径的政策建议。%Based on the field survey data of vegetable farmers in Shandong province, and using the DEA-Tobit model, the paper measures the farmers cultivation technical efficiency and empirically analyses the key factors that influence the technical efficiency. The study shows that farmers are inefficient overall and the technical efficiency varies from different vegetable breeds, regions and scale. Vegetable cultivation is experiencing increasing returns-to-scale, there is loss of the elements during the vegetable production process, it needs to be optimized and combined. The main factors influencing the efficiency of farmers technical efficiency are variables of deci-sion-makers' education lever, family income, vegetable planting area and disease. Besides, the paper also puts forward some effective proposals of improving vegetable farmers' technical efficiency.
