基于博弈论的家具行业供应链整合与合作分析

摘要

通过博弈论的思想,从家具企业内部供应链的整合与外部供应链各节点企业的合作进行分析,并对内部供应链的整合与外部供应链企业间建立合作关系提出相应的对策与解决方案.%Through the game theory,the paper analyzes the integration of the internal supply chain and the cooperation of enterprise with the external supply chain from the furniture industry,and puts forward some suggestions on the integration of internal supply chain and the establishment of cooperative relationship with external supply chain enterprises.
