目的：对宣肺平喘、祛风解毒法治疗小儿哮喘慢性持续期伴湿疹的疗效进行分析°方法资料随机选自2011年1月—2012年12月该院收治的哮喘合并湿疹患儿68例，采用数字分析法，将其平均分为两组，研究组和对照组，每组34例°给予对照组患儿吸入治疗+抗组胺药+外用激素治疗，给予研究组患儿吸入治疗+中药治疗，并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析°结果对照组采用吸入治疗+抗组胺药+外用激素治疗，研究组采用吸入治疗+中药治疗；经治疗，研究组总有效率为94.12%，对照组总有效率为79.41%，研究组总有效率明显优于对照组总有效率，组间比较差异显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚°结论给予哮喘合并湿疹患儿吸入治疗+中药治疗的效果较为显著，不仅能够有效的抑制患儿并发症的发生，而且还能够缓解患儿由于西医治疗而带来的疼痛，进而提高患儿的生活质量以及治疗的有效率，值得在临床中推广和应用°%Objective To analyze the effect of freeing lung and relieving asthma and expelling wind and removing toxicity regimen on childhood asthma with eczema during chronic persistent period. Methods The data of 68 children with asthma and eczema ad_mitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly selected. And the children were equally divided into two groups, the study group and the control group, with 34 children in each according to the digital analysis method. Children in the control group were treated by inhalation therapy, antihistamine drug and hormone for external use, and the children in the study group were treated by inhalation therapy and traditional Chinese medicine. And the clinical data of the two groups were ana_lyzed retrospectively. Results The control group were treated by inhalation therapy, antihistamine drug and hormone for external use, and the study group were treated by inhalation therapy and traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%, much higher than 79.41%of the control group, the difference between the two groups was sig_nificant (P<0.05). Conclusion For childhood asthma with eczema, the effect of inhalation therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment is more significant, which can effectively inhibit the incidence of complications and alleviate the pain brought by western medicine treatment, so the quality of life of the children and the treatment efficiency can be improved, the treatment is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
