平喘摩按法治疗儿童哮喘慢性持续期疗效观察

摘要

目的 评价平喘摩按法在儿童哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效.方法 共纳入北京中医药大学东直门医院儿科门诊就诊132例慢性持续期哮喘患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上由经培训后的家长加用平喘摩按法治疗,随访6个月,观察对比2组哮喘儿童的症状、PEF、FEV1、儿童哮喘控制测试表(C-CAT)评分的情况.结果 经平喘摩按法治疗后,患儿症状反复显著减少(P<0.05);PEF及FEV1值无统计学差异(P>0.05);C-CAT评分存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 平喘摩按法强调轻摩,可以达到调和脏腑功能,恢复小儿阴阳平衡的作用,操作简单,可以由患儿家长操作,预防儿童哮喘复发、减轻症状.%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Relieving asthma massage on chronic asthma in children. Methods A total of 132 patients with chronic persistent asthma enrolled in the outpatient department of Pediatrics, Dongzhimen Hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, on the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with the method of Relieving asthma massage. After 6 months of follow-up, the symptoms, PEF, FEV1, and asthma control test (C-CAT) scores of two groups of asthmatic children were observed and compared. Results After the treatment of Relieving asthma massage, the symptoms of children were significantly decreased repeatedly (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PEF and FEV1 (P>0.05), and there was significant difference in C-CAT score (P<0.05). Conclusion Asthma massage emphasize gently massage, to reconcile the internal organs function,restore the balance of yin and yang in children.The operation is simple and can be operated by the parents of the children, so as to prevent the recurrence of asthma and relieve the symptoms of the children.
