Objective To compare and explore the performance of domestic micro-gel blood type identification card with that of imported micro-gel card in identifying the ABO and Rh blood group for people of different age groups in Mianyang region. Meth-ods 4500 cases of blood samples for identifying the ABO and Rh blood group in the local district were selected and identified by domestic micro-gel blood type identification card and imported micro-gel card simultaneously. The samples were grouped accord-ing to the age: 0 to 12 age group of 846 cases, 13 to 20 age group, 269 cases, 21 to 30 age group, 166 cases, 31 to 40 age group, 356 cases, 41 to 50 age group, 530 cases, 51 to 60 age group, 648 cases, 61 to 70 age group, 1273 cases, >70 age group, 412 cases. Finally, the results were treated and compared by statistical methods. Conclusion Domestic micro-gel blood type identification card has better capability in identifying the ABO and Rh blood group for people of different age groups, which can meet the clinical requirements for blood typing, and the cost is lower than that of the imported mi-cro-gel card, therefore it is worthy of extensively clinical promotion.%目的：探讨比较国产微柱凝胶血型鉴定卡与进口微柱凝胶卡对绵阳地区不同年龄段ABO血型及Rh血型的鉴定性能。方法选择该地区4500例血型鉴定样本,同时用国产微柱凝胶卡技术和进口微柱凝胶卡技术两种方式进行ABO血型及Rh血型的鉴定,并对样本按照年龄进行分组：0~12岁组846例,13~20岁组269例,21~30岁组166例,31~40岁组356例,41~50岁组530例,51~60岁组648例,61~70岁组1273例,>70岁组412例。最后采用统计学方法对结果进行统计学处理和比较。结果国产微柱凝胶卡与进口微柱凝胶卡A抗原、B抗原、Rh抗原检测结果比较国产微柱凝胶卡与进口微柱凝胶卡测定A抗原、B抗原及Rh抗原检测结果均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；不同年龄段住院患者2种微柱凝胶卡测定A抗原、B抗原及Rh抗原结果比较不同年龄段住院患者国产凝胶卡与进口微柱凝胶卡测定A抗原、B抗原及Rh抗原结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产微柱凝胶血型鉴定卡对不同年龄段ABO血型及Rh血型均具有较好的鉴定能力,能够满足临床对于血型鉴定的-求,且成本较进口卡低,值得在临床广泛推广。
