Objective To study the clinical effect of methyl carprost suppositories in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods 102 high-risk pregnancy patients who underwent cesarean section clinically in the department of gynecology in our hospital from June 2014 and June 2015 were included and evenly divided into two groups using randomized and double-blind method. The 51 patients in the control group received intrauterine in-jection of 20U oxytocin after delivery, while the 51 in the study group were treated with sublingual administration of 1mg methyl carprost suppositories after delivery. Results The intraoperative blood loss and 2h and 4h postpartum hemorrhage were all lower in the study group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage with a volume of morn than 500mL after cesarean section [5.88%(3/51)vs 25.49%(13/51)] was lower in patients in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. The adverse reaction rate [7.84%(4/51)vs 29.41%(15/51)] was lower in patients in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Methyl carprost suppositories can effectively pre-vent postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnancy after cesarean section, and reduce the volume and rate of postpartum hemorrhage. It has the advantages of easy operation and high safety, and is worthy of high clinical application and promotion.%目的：研究分析卡孕栓预防高危妊娠剖宫产术出血的临床效果。方法整群选择2014年6月-2015年6月期间在该院妇产科临床接受剖宫产的102例高危妊娠患者，运用随机数字双盲法进行平均分组，对照组51例患者分娩后给予缩宫素20U进行宫体注射；研究组51例患者胎儿娩出后卡孕栓1 mg舌下含服。结果研究组患者的术中、术后2 h、术后24 h出血量均显著小于对照组，P<0.05差异有统计学意义。研究组患者剖宫产后出血500 mL以上的发生率<为5.88%(3/51)显著低于对照组的25.49%(13/51)，P<0.05差异有统计学意义。研究组患者发生不良反应的概率7.84%(4/51)显著小于对照组的29.41%(15/51)，P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论卡孕栓可有效预防高危妊娠剖宫产术出血的发生，降低产后出血量及出血率，具有简单易行、安全性好等优点，临床应用及推广价值较高。
