Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome during treatment. Methods 106 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group with 53 cases in each in accordance with the method of nursing. Patients in the intervention group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention, and those in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the intervention group had much higher overall response rate (94.34% vs 81.13%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (96.23% vs 83.02%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the curative effect and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：分析多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗期间同时行综合护理干预对其治疗效果的影响。方法整群选取2012年4月—2014年4月到该院就诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者106例，根据护理方法不同分为干预组（综合护理干预）和参照组（常规护理干预）各53例，比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组的总有效率（94.34%）显著高于参照组（81.13%），差异性有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且干预组的护理满意度（96.23%）明显优于参照组（83.02%），比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预可有效改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果，并提高其护理满意度，值得临床推广。
