造血干细胞移植用于多发性骨髓瘤治疗的分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation on multiple myeloma. Methods Seventy-two cases underwent autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital from October 2006 to 2010 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were given corresponding treatment before autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and appropriate maintenance and consolidation treatment after the transplantation. The treatment effect was evaluated from the indexes of rate of complete remission (CR), overall response rate (CR+VGPR), rate of overall survival (OS), and progression-free survival (PFS). Results Of the 72 patients, 41.67%had CR, 33.33%had VGPR, 25.00% had partial remission (PR), the overall response rate (CR+VGPR) was 75.00%. Conclusion Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has good effect on multiple myeloma.%目的：对造血干细胞移植用于多发性骨髓瘤治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法整群选取2006年10月—2010年9月该院收治的72例接受自体外周造血干细胞移植的患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析，对这些患者首先进行相应的移植前治疗，移植后再进行相应的维持和巩固治疗，以完全缓解（CR）率、总反应率（CR+VGPR）、总生存率(0S)及无进展生存率(PFS)作为观察指标进行评价。结果72例接受自体外周造血干细胞移植的患者，其中41.67%完全缓减(CR)，33.33%非常好的部分缓减(VGPR)，25.00%部分缓解(PR)。总有效率（CR+VGPR）为75.00%。结论造血干细胞移植对于多发性骨髓瘤具有较好的疗效。
