探讨度洛西汀临床治疗老年糖尿病周围神经痛的效果

摘要

目的：为了观察临床治疗老年糖尿病周围神经痛病患度洛西汀的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取2012年7月-2013年7月在该院神经内科接受糖尿病周围神经痛的老年病患78例，将这些病患随机分成治疗组与对照组，每组39例，为两组病患提供控制血糖常规治疗，对照组中的病患使用阿米替林，治疗组中的病患使用度洛西汀，对比分析两组病患治疗前与治疗后7d、14d、28d的疼痛视觉评分，以及治疗效果与不良反应。结果对比两组病患治疗前与治疗后7d、14d、28d的疼痛视觉评分，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义，组间对比，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义；治疗组中病患的治疗总有效率为97.4%高于对照组89.7%的治疗总有效率，P<0.05，具有统计学差异意义；治疗组中有4例病患发生不良反应，占总数的10.3%，对照组中有16例病患发生不良反应，占总数的41%，对照组不良反应率高于治疗组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗糖尿病周围神经痛老年病患时，度洛西汀不仅治疗效果好，而且不良反应小，应在临床治疗中推广使用。%Objective To observe the clinical treatment of aged diabetic peripheral neuralgia patient's duloxetine clinical curative effect. Methods 78 aged patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, accepted by cerebral vascular department of internal medicine of our hospital from 2012 July to 2013 July, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 39. Results Compared the pain visual score, the therapeutic effect and diverse reaction of before and after treatment for 7 days, 14 days,28 days of the two groups of pa-tients, P<0.05, there was a significant difference, but comparison between the groups, P>0.05, with significant difference; the total efficiency of treatment group was 97.4%, which higher than that of the control group, 89.7%, with statistical difference signifi-cance, P<0.05;4 patients had adverse reactions in the treatment group, accounting for 10.3%of the total, 16 cases of patients with adverse reactions in the control group, accounting for 41% of the total, adverse reaction rate of control group was higher than the treatment group, P<0.05, has a significant difference. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain to aged patients, duloxetine did not only have good treatment effect, but also had less adverse reactions, which worthy of wide ap-plication in clinical therapy.
