腹腔镜微创手术治疗宫颈癌患者的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for cervical cancer patients. Methods 60 cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital between October 2012 and October 2014 were selected as the re-search object and randomly into observation group(n=30) and control group (n=30) using computer software. Laparoscopic minimal-ly invasive surgery and traditional laparotomy and was performed in the two groups respectively. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, blood loss, number of lymph node dissection and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group;the complication rate of the observation group was 23%, superior to that of the control group, 43%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclu-sion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for cervical cancer patients is worth promotion due to its good effect and less adverse reactions.%目的：探讨腹腔镜微创手术治疗宫颈癌患者的临床疗效。方法该院随机选取了2012年10月-2014年10月期间来治疗的60例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象，利用计算机软件把60例患者随机分成两组，观察组和对照组，每组30例患者。给予对照组传统开腹手术治疗，观察组腹腔镜微创治疗，比较观察两组治疗疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间、出血量、淋巴结切除的数量、住院时间均明显优于对照组患者，观察组并发症机率为23%，对照组并发症机率为43%，观察组明显优于对照组。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌患者使用腹腔镜微创手术治疗疗效确切，不良反应小，可临床推广。
