A device for controlling uterine movement and closing the vagina through the abdomen for laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer, comprising a laparoscopic puncture device (2) and a uterine body back-and-forth movement assembly (1); the laparoscopic puncture device (2) comprises a puncture sheath (6), wherein the puncture sheath (6) penetrates human tissue (5) and extends into the abdomen, and the puncture sheath (6) may be bendably adjusted; the uterine body back-and-forth movement assembly (1) comprises an operation rod body (7), and the operation rod body (7) passes through the puncture sheath (6) and enters the abdomen; an end of the operation rod body (7) that is located within the abdomen is provided with a uterine body fixing portion (10), the uterine body fixing portion (10) fixing the uterine body (3), while an end of the operation rod body (7) that is located at the exterior of the abdomen is provided with an adjustment portion (11), the adjustment portion (11) adjusting the tightness of the uterine body fixing portion (10). The device for controlling uterine movement and closing the vagina may effectively lift the uterine body (3) and move the uterine body (3) back-and-forth and fully expose the left and right sides of the uterus so that laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer may be performed smoothly without the use of a traditional uterine manipulator.
