中药配伍优化干预动脉粥样硬化易损斑块作用的研究

摘要

Objective To study Chinese medicine Jiawei Didang decoction on carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque stabiliza-tion. Methods 120 cases of carotid plaques patients were divided in two groups, the control:aspirin 100mg/g, atorvastatin 20mg/d;the treatment:Jiawei Didang decoction 100ml/d, course of 6 months and statistics the two groups of curative effect. Results After 6 month treatment, two groups of patients with blood lipid index (TC, LDL-C) was decreased compared with that before treatment, and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the number of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery hs-CRP and ICAM-1 were significantly decreased (P<0.05) in the observation group. Conclusion Jiawei Didang decoction on carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque effect are significantly, higher security.%目的：研究中药加味抵当汤干预颈动脉粥样硬化易损斑块稳定性的作用。方法将随机选取的2013年2月-2014年3月该院收治的120例颈动脉易损斑块患者进行分组,对照组：拜阿司匹林100 mg/g,阿托伐他汀20 mg/d；治疗组：加味抵当汤100 mL/d,疗程6个月,统计两组疗效。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者血脂检测指标(TC、LDL-C等)较治疗前下降,且观察组更显著(P<0.05)；与对照组相比,观察组颈动脉易损斑块数量、hs-CRP及ICAM-1指标显著降低(P<0.05)。结论中药加味抵当汤干预颈动脉粥样硬化易损斑块效果显著,安全性较高。
