对比分析盐酸氟桂利嗪与尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床效果

objective Analysis of the effect of Flunarizine Hydrochloride in treatment of migraine, in order to better guide clini-calmedication. Methods In 114 cases in our hospital were treating migrainepatients, randomly divided into the control group 56 cases, given nimodipine treatment, the observation group 58 cases, given flunarizine hydrochloride treatment. After the end of treatment, observe and evaluate thetherapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Results Hydrochloric acid flunarizine in treatment of migraine total efficiency is 87.9% higher than that of nimodipine 78.6%,P < 0.05. The patients in the two groups have no differ-ence in adverse reaction. Conclusions Migraine patients using the treatment effect of flunarizine hydrochloride is better, is worthy of clinical application.%目的：分析盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果，以期更好的指导临床用药。方法选取该院进行偏头痛治疗的114例患者，将其随机分为对照组56例，给予尼莫地平治疗，观察组58例，给予盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。疗程结束后，观察并评价治疗效果及不良反应。结果盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛总有效率为87.9%高于尼莫地平的78.6%，P＜0.05。两组患者在不良反应上无差异。结论偏头痛患者使用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗效果较好，值得临床应用推广。
