Objective To investigate the clinical effect of coronary artery bypass grafting and cardiac valvular surgery in treating CHD combined with valve disorder. Methods Convenient selection 110 cases given coronary artery bypass grafting and cardiac valvular surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group (corresponding period group) and control group (non corresponding period group), 55 cases in each group. Compare the heart function index, death rate, incidence of complications, ICU dwell time, A-V pumpless ECMO ventilation time and discharge time of the two groups. Results Cardio-thoracic proportion、LVEF、LVD (A-P)、LVS (A_P index of observation group were obviously lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ICU dwell time, A-V pumpless EC-MO ventilation time and discharge time of observation group were obviously lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Complication incidence, death rate of observation group (5.45%, 0.00%) were obviously lower than control group (18.18%, 5.45%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of coronary artery bypass grafting and cardiac valvular surgery in treating CHD combined with valve disorder has significant effect. It has lower complication rate, death rate and is worthy of wide application.%目的：分析探讨在冠心病合并心脏瓣膜病的治疗中采用冠状动脉旁路移植术同期行心脏瓣膜手术的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年5月-2016年5月收治的进行冠状动脉旁路移植和心脏瓣膜手术患者110例，随机分为观察组(同期组)和对照组(非同期组)各55例患者，比较两组患者治疗后的心脏各项功能指标以及死亡率、并发症发生率、ICU停留时间、呼吸机辅助通气时间、出院时间等。结果观察组患者心胸比、LVEF、LVD(A-P)、LVS(A_P指标明显低于对照组患者心胸比、LVEF、LVD(A-P)、LVS(A_P)指标，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者ICU停留时间、呼吸机辅助通气时间、出院时间明显低于对照组患者ICU停留时间、呼吸机辅助通气时间、出院时间，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者并发症发生率(5.45%)和死亡率(0.00%)明显低于对照组患者并发症发生率(18.18%)和死亡率(5.45%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并心脏瓣膜病采用冠状动脉旁路移植术同期行心脏瓣膜手术临床效果显著，死亡率和并发症发生率较低，值得临床大力推广使用。
