冠心病患者PCI手术前后左心室运动功能分析

         

摘要

目的:对冠心病患者冠状动脉介入(PCI)手术前后左心室运动功能予以观察和分析。方法方便选取2014年1月—2015年1月期间于该院进行治疗的冠心病患者48例作为观察组,采用冠状动脉介入(PCI)手术进行治疗;将同时期于该院进行检查的健康体检者48名作为对照组。使用超声三维斑点追踪成像技术对左心室进行检查,对左心室的运动功能及其相关指标进行检查和记录,对所有患者进行为期一年的随访。结果经过1年的随访,冠状动脉介入(PCI)手术后患者的左心室运动功能出现了明显的改善,观察组术后3个月LVDE、LVESV、GCS、GLS、GAS降低, LVEF、CO、SV升高,与术前相比,P<0.05。 LVEF由术前的(36.1±5.3)%变为术后的(46.2±5.6)%;CO由术前的(3.1±0.5)L/min变为术后的(4.2±0.7)L/min。其它各项指标都有明显的改变,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对冠心病患者采用冠状动脉介入(PCI)手术可以很好的改善患者左心室的运动功能,减少患者的发病率,有效控制患者的病情,通过超声三维斑点追踪成像技术可以很好的观测到左心室的运动情况,为我们评价PCI手术的治疗效果提供了便利的条件,值得我们在临床上进一步的推广和使用。%Objective Patients with coronary heart disease coronary intervention(PCI) of left ventricular function with move-ment observation and analysis before and after surgery. Methods Convenient selection patients with coronary heart disease will be treated from January 2014 to January 2015 period in our hospital 48 cases as the observation group, the use of per-cutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) surgical treatment; the same period in our hospital for examination healthy those 48 served as controls. The use of three-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging of the left ventricle to check the movement of left ventricular function and associated indicators and inspection records of all patients with one-year follow-up. Results After a year of follow-up, coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with left ventricular movement after the opera-tion function there is an obvious improvement, LVEF by preoperative(36.1±5.3)% to postoperative(46.2±5.6) %; CO by pre-operative(3.1±0.5) L/min into (4.2±0.7) L/min after the operation. Other indicators have obvious change, and P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Observation group 3 months after LVDE, LVESV, GCS, GLS, GAS is reduced, LVEF, CO and SV increased, compared with the preoperative, P < 0.05. Conclusion Patients with coronary artery disease using coronary intervention (PCI) operation can be a good improvement in motor function in patients with left ventricular, reduce the incidence of patients, effective control of the patient's condition, by three-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging can be a good observer the movement of the left ventricle, as we evaluate the therapeutic effect of PCI procedures provide convenient conditions, we should further promote and use in clinical practice.
