分析中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗上颌窦良性病变患者的临床效果

摘要

Objective To analysis the endoscopic nasal passages in maxillary sinus window before joint tear fossae approach the clinical effect of treatment of maxillary sinus benign lesions. Methods Convenient selected from March 2015 to March 2016 were 50 cases of maxillary sinus in patients with benign lesions, divided into group A and group B, all 25 cases, group A to pure nasal passages open A window in the surgical treatment of nasal passages in group B take joint tear fossae into the road before the treatment, analysis of two groups of clinical effect. Results Group B treatment the total effective rate was 96.0%, the average intraoperative blood loss(85±16.4)mL;Treatment group A total effective rate was 80.0%, the average intraoperative blood loss (100±14.5)mL, group B treatment effect is better than that of group A (P< 0.05), compared with statistical significance, two groups were without complications. Conclusion Of maxillary sinus in patients with benign lesions by nasal passages in the combined therapy with tears before fossae approach, less intraoperative blood loss, high treatment efficiency, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of complications and higher application value.%目的：分析鼻内镜下经中鼻道上颌窦开窗联合泪前隐窝入路治疗上颌窦良性病变的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年3月—2016年3月收治50例上颌窦良性病变患者,分为A、B组,各25例,A组采取单纯的中鼻道开窗手术治疗,B组采取中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗,分析两组临床效果。结果 B组治疗总有效率为96.0%,术中平均出血量为(85±16.4)mL；A组治疗总有效率为80.0%,术中平均出血量为(100±14.5)mL,B组治疗效果优于A组(P<0.05),对比差异有统计学意义,两组均无并发症发生。结论对上颌窦良性病变患者采取中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗,术中出血量较少,治疗效率高,可有效避免并发症的发生,应用价值较高。
