目的：分析罗哌卡因联合苏芬太尼用于剖宫产手术麻醉的效果。方法方便收集2015年1月—2015年6月该院收治的90例接受剖宫产术的产妇为研究对象，将90例产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予罗哌卡因+苏芬太尼进行麻醉处理，对照组给予罗哌卡因+吗啡进行麻醉处理，对比分析两组患者术中牵拉反应发生情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组疼痛﹑鼓肠﹑恶心/呕吐﹑腹肌紧张等术中牵拉反应发生率分别为0.00%﹑0.00%﹑2.22%﹑2.22%，明显低于对照组的8.89%﹑6.67%﹑13.33%﹑8.89%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义。结论罗哌卡因联合苏芬太尼在剖宫产手术麻醉中的应用效果良好，建议在临床上推广。%Objective To analyze the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for cesarean section anesthesia.
