目的 对比骨科患者行微创手术治疗与传统手术治疗术后并发症的发生情况. 方法 整群选取该院于2012年4月—2014年4月期间治疗的94例骨科腰间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例;对照组采取传统手术治疗,观察组采取微创手术治疗;对比两组患者的愈合效果及并发症发生情况. 结果 观察组患者愈合优良率为 87.23%,对照组患者愈合优良率为 63.83%;两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血率为6.38%、感染率为0%、骨坏死率为0%、骨折愈合障碍率为4.26%、骨粘固剂异常率为0%;对照组出血率为25.53%、感染率为10.64%、骨坏死率为6.38%、骨折愈合障碍率为19.15%、骨粘固剂异常率为6.38%;观察组并发症发生率为10.64%,对照组并发症发生率为25.53%;两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微创手术治疗骨科腰间盘突出症患者的愈合优良率高,并发症发生率低,疗效及安全性均高于传统手术治疗.%Objective To compare the occurrence of postoperative complications of orthopedics patients treated with mini-mally invasive surgery and traditional surgery. Methods 94 cases of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discs were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group were treated with traditional surgery, the observation group were treated with minimally invasive surgery, the healing effect and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The difference in the healing excellent and good rate between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (87.23% vs 63.83%) (P<0.05); the bleed-ing rate, infection rate, bone necrosis rate, fracture healing disorder rate and abnormal rate of bone cement were 6.38%, 0, 0, 4.26% and 0 in the observation group and 25.53%, 10.64%, 6.38%, 19.15% and 6.38%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the incidence of complications was 10.64% in the observation group and 25.53% in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in treatment of lumbar in-tervertebral disc protrusion has a higher healing excellent and good rate and fewer complications, whose curative effect and security were high compared with traditional surgery.
