腔镜治疗甲状腺乳头状微小癌疗效及临床价值评析

摘要

目的 探讨腔镜治疗甲状腺乳头状微小癌的临床价值. 方法 随机选取30例甲状腺乳头状微小癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例,30例患者均于2013年12月—2015年6月期间在该院接受治疗. 其中对照组进行常规手术,观察组患者采用腔镜技术进行治疗,对比观察两种手术方法 的治疗效果和不良反应情况. 结果 观察组与对照组手术时间、住院时间、术后不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05. 但观察组术后24 h疼痛评分明显低于对照组,术后3个月美容效果评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05. 结论 腔镜手术的治疗效果与常规手术相当,但其能有效减轻患者痛苦,且美容效果较好,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To discuss the clinical value of endoscope in treatment of papillary microcarcinoma of the thyroid. Methods 30 cases of patients with papillary microcarcinoma of the thyroid treated in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each, the control group were treated with conventional operation, the observation group were treated with endoscope technical, the treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reac-tion of the two operation methods were observed. Conclu-sion The treatment effect of endoscope operation is equal to that of conventional operation, however, it can effectively re-lieve the patient's pain and has a better beauty effect, which is worthy of promotion and promotion.
