L-阿拉伯糖从木糖母液中色谱分离树脂的合成研究

         

摘要

Applies the calcium styrene chelated resin synthesis by dispersion polymerization techniques, take as industry chromatograph padding for L - arabinose separate form the xylose mother liquid. Investigated the crosslink agent and porogen agent different factor influence to the chromatograph padding particle size and the separation effect. Optimized use of flexible and rigid skeleton 15% cross - linked resins. In (p50 x 850mm the simulation migration bed (SMB) on the chromatograph system conducts the xylose mother liquid separation research, has obtained 99. 5% purity L - arabinose, it receiving rate has achieved 96% , this separation operating condition laid the foundation to further industrialization enlargement.%L-阿拉伯糖作为一种低热量的甜味剂,最具代表性的生理作用是有选择性地影响小肠二糖水解酶中消化蔗糖的蔗糖酶,从而抑制蔗糖的吸收.目前企业主要利用生物法从水果皮壳、玉米芯等植物纤维中提取,存在成本高,影响产品市场成长率等原因.木糖结晶后的母液富含大量的L-阿拉伯糖,如能提取利用将使成本大大降低.本文应用分散聚合法合成的钙型苯乙烯系螫合树脂,作为木糖母液中L-阿拉伯糖与木糖和其它杂糖分离的工业色谱填料.考察了交联剂、致孔剂等不同因素对色谱填料粒径和分离效果的影响,采用优化的具备合适骨架弹性和刚性15%交联度的树脂.在Φ50×850mm的模拟移动床(SMB)色谱系统上进行木糖母液分离研究,取得了99.5%纯度的L-阿拉伯糖,其收率达到了96%,该分离操作条件对进一步工业化放大设计和生产优化操作奠定了基础.
