以银杏叶提取物中银杏酸含量为指标,研究了大孔树脂脱除银杏叶提取物中银杏酸的工艺,比较了HDP5000、LX-202、LX-9、ADS-7、ADS-8五种大孔树脂对银杏酸的静态吸附效果及洗脱效果.结果表明,HDP5000树脂脱除银杏酸效果最好,洗脱剂为6%NaOH水溶液.通过实验确定HDP5000型大孔树脂吸附银杏酸最佳工艺是:上样液银杏酸浓度为2.5mg/mL,pH为3.5,流速为2BV/h,上样液为70%乙醇溶液,经此工艺脱酸后的银杏叶提取物中液相检测银杏酸单位含量小于2mg/kg.%Ginkgolic acid was removed from ginkgo biloba extract using macroporous adsorption resin.Five macroporous resin of HDP5000、LX-202、LX-9、ADS-7、ADS-8 were compared on the effects of static equilibrium adsorption and elution.The results showed that LX-9 macroporous resin has the highest absorption capacities with 6%NaOH solution as the eluent.The condition of using HDP5000 macroporous resin were optimized as the following:ginkgo acid concentration 2.5 mg/mL;pH 3.5;the flow rate 2 BV/h and sample ethanol solution70%.The final content of Ginkgo acid is less than 2 mg/kg by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after acid removal process by HDP5000 macroporous resin.
