混菌发酵奶牛精饲料的研究

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to study the fermentation conditions of the cow concentration feed produc-ing high protein with combined bacterium of Bacillus subtilis and yeast,and the effect of strains ratio,sodium humate amount,bran content,water content,inoculation amount,fermentation time,fermentation temperature on the true protein in the fermented product were studied.The best conditions were:the ratio of Bacillus subtilis to yeast of 3:7,sodium humate amount 2% in the seed liquid and fermentation substrate,bran content 5%,water content 50%,inoculation amount 2.5%, fermentation time 48h,fermentation temperature 34 ℃.Under this conditions,pure protein content was 19.94%,increased by 4.63 percent points compared with the cow concentration feed.%为研究奶牛精饲料的最佳发酵条件,本试验采用枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌混合发酵的方法,研究菌种的接种比例、腐植酸钠添加量、麸皮含量、含水量、接种量、发酵时间和发酵温度对发酵产物中真蛋白质含量的影响. 结果表明:奶牛精饲料最佳发酵条件为:枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌比例为3:7,种子液中腐植酸钠添加量为2%,发酵底物中腐植酸钠添加量为2%,麸皮含量5%,含水量50%,接种量2.5%,发酵时间48 h,发酵温度34℃. 在此条件下,真蛋白质含量可达19.94%,与未发酵组相比显著提高了4.63个百分点(P<0.05).
