不同水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖含量小麦日粮对肉仔鸡生长性能、屠体性状和血液生化指标的影响

         

摘要

为研究不同水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖(WSAX)含量小麦日粮对肉仔鸡生长性能、屠体性状和血液生化指标的影响,试验选用出生体重相近的AA肉仔鸡公雏240只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡,对照组为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(WSAX含量为0.85%),两试验组(W1、W2)日粮为营养水平相近但WSAX含量(0.93%、1.37%)不同的两种小麦日粮。试验为期42 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,W2组在28日龄体重、平均日增重分别降低了7.35%和7.81%;在42日龄体重、平均日增重分别降低了5.51%和5.66%,均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。W1和W2组肉仔鸡平均日采食量和料重比均未受显著影响(P>0.05)。 W2组粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、总能利用率分别降低了18.19%、9.98%、11.87%,均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);W1和W2组钙利用率分别降低了14.77%和17.27%,均达到显著水平(P <0.05)。(2)W2组42日龄腹脂率降低了9.09%,肝脏指数增加了17.84%,均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。(3)与对照组相比,W2组42日龄血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸的浓度分别降低了10.94%、12.73%、13.69%,差异显著(P<0.05)。%To explore different level of water solubility of arabinoxylan (WSAX) content in the wheat diet on broiler growth performance,carcass traits and serum biochemical index of broiler chickens,a total of 240 AA male chickens were allocated randomly to three treatment groups with 4 replicates of 20 each.The control group was fed with maize-soybean meal diet with WSAX coutents of 0.85%.Wheat-based diet of two experimental groups (W1,W2) were similar but WSAX contents (0.93%,1.37%)were different.The test lasted for 42 d.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control group,at 28 days of age,body weight and the average daily gain of W2 group were reduced by 7.35% and 7.81% respec-tively;at 42 days of age,body weight and the average daily gain were reduced by 5.51% and 5.66%,the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Average daily intake and feed/gain of group W1 and W2 was showed no significant effect (P >0.05).Crude protein,crude fat,total energy utilization rate of W2 group were decreased by 18.19%,9.98%,11.87%(P <0.01);calcium utilization rate of W1 and W2 group were reduced by 14.77% and 17.27% respectively (P < 0.05).(2)At 42 days of age,abdominal fat rate of W2 group were reduced by 9.09%,liver index were increased by 17.84%,and both reached extremely significant level (P < 0.01). (3)Compared with the maize diet,at 42 days of age,serum glucose,total cholesterol and free fatty acid concentrations of W2 group were reduced by 10.94%,12.73%,13.69%,and the difference reached significant level(P<0.05).
