The research studied on the nutrient characteristics at different development stages of Grain Amaranth,and evaluated the amino acid composition and feeding value by using essential amino acid score (AAS) and essential amino acid index (EAAI).The results showed that the nutrient accumulation was higher at beginning flowering period of grain a-maranth,protein contents was 25.53%,fat was 5.64%,fiber was 11.3%,it was suitable period for silage mowing.The total amino acid was 19.91% at beginning flowering period of Grain Amaranth,essential amino acids accounted for 44.9%,the flavor amino acids was 41.03%;it met EAA/TAA>40%,the EAA/NEAA>60%;AAS and EAAI was 67.5 and 0.903 re-spectively,which were higher than those of alfalfa (55,0.881).The amino acid composition in Grain Amaranth was bal-ance,which had comprehensive development and utilization of high value.%本试验测定了籽粒苋不同生育期的营养成分,并通过氨基酸分(AAS)和氨基酸指数(EAAI)分析其氨基酸组成特点及饲用价值。结果表明:籽粒苋初花期营养物质积累较高,粗蛋白质25.53%,粗脂肪5.64%,粗纤维11.3%,是适宜的青贮刈割时期。初花期籽粒苋蛋白质氨基酸总量19.91%,必需氨基酸占44.9%,呈味氨基酸41.03%;同时满足必需氨基酸/总氨基酸>40%,必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸>60%;AAS和EAAI分别为67.5和0.903,高于同期苜蓿(55,0.881)。此外,研究表明籽粒苋蛋白质氨基酸组成平衡且优质。因此籽粒苋作为饲料具有较高的综合开发利用价值。
