日粮中添加过氧化氢酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道形态及抗氧化性能的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of catalase enzyme (CAT)on growth performance, intestinal morphology,and antioxidant capcity of weaned piglets.A total of 240 three-line crossbred (Duroc ×Landrace × Yorkshire)weaned piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups,with each group represented by 4 replicates of 12 piglets per replicate.Test group A was fed a basal diet as control group,test group B was fed the basal diet supplemented with 2500 mg/kg ZnO,while the next three experimental groups (C,D,E)were fed basal diet supplemented with 1000,1500,2000 mg/kg CAT,respectively.The trial lasted for 14 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the feed/gain (F/G)of groups D and E were significantly respectively decreased by 3.2%,7.2%(P <0.05),but the other growth performaces were not significantly different among all groups(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,malondialdehyde (MDA) content in serum of groups D and E were significantly decreased by 43.7% and 44.7%(P<0.05),and glutathione(GSH) content in serum of groups B,C,D and Ewere significantly increased(P<0.05). (3)There is no significantly difference in villus height,crypt depth and villus height to crypt depth ratio (V/C) in duode-num,jejunum and ileum among all groups,except the crypt depth in ileum in group B and D were significantly decreased than those in other groups.(4)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of ether extract of C,D,E group was significantly increased by 32.62%,33.49%,29.69%.The results indicate that the dietary supplemented with 2000 mg/kg CAT can decrease feed/gain (F/G)and diarrhea rate,while improve intestinal mucosal morphology,antioxidant property and nutrient apparent digestibility.To some degree,dietary supplemented with CAT is comparable to the effect of the dietary supplemented with zinc oxide.%为研究过氧化氢酶(CAT)对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道形态以及抗氧化性能的影响,试验选择21日龄健康、体重接近的三元杂交断奶仔猪240头,随机分为5组,每组设4个重复,每个重复12头猪。A组为对照组,B组为氧化锌(ZnO)组,添加量为2500 mg/kg,C、D、E组在基础日粮中分别添加1000、1500、2000 mg/kg CAT。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,D、E组料肉比分别降低3.2%、7.2%(P<0.05),同时日增重和日采食量提高,腹泻率降低,但无显著影响(P>0.05);(2)与对照组相比,D、E组血清中丙二醛(MDA)分别降低43.7%和44.7%(P<0.05),CAT组谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著升高(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,CAT组十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛高度有不同程度增加,隐窝深度有不同程度降低,但均未达到显著效果(P>0.05);(4)与对照组相比,C、D、E组粗脂肪表观消化率分别升高32.62%、33.49%、29.69%(P<0.05),干物质和粗蛋白质也有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加1500 mg/kg CAT可以提高断奶仔猪抗氧化性能,改善肠道绒毛形态,从而提高营养物质的消化率,达到提升生长性能的效果,并且可以在一定程度上达到ZnO的效果。
