本文选取2012年参加北京中医药大学自主选拔录取复试的考生213入进行问卷调查。在被调查者中，城市生源占93.0％；有80．3％的学生选择对学校的总体印象为“非常好”；学生报考的原因排序第一位的是热爱中医药学，其次是认为中医药学科有发展潜力；按照学生父母是否为从事医学专业工作分类报考原因比较，在“对学校了解程度、中医药学科有发展潜力和对家人健康有利”三方面比较差异极显著（P〈0．01）。自主招生学生对学校的选择目的性明确，热爱和看重学科的发展是学生报考中医专业自主招生的主要原因，家庭医学背景学生报考踊跃，但农村学生报考相对人数较少。%This article is to find out the students' wish for the university, who enter themselves for an autonomy enrollment examination of the TCM universities and colleges, and to analyze the reasons and influence factors. Questionnaire method is applied to 213 students who took the second examination for the autonomy enrollment of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2012. 93% of the respondents come from the city, and 80.3% have a good impression on the university. The love for TCM is the primary reason why the respondents choose the university, the confidence in the development potential of TCM is the secondary reason. Whether the parents are engaged in medical work can affect three choices, "the understanding degree to the university", "TCM is a subject with high potential", "studying in a TCM university will do good to the health of my family". (P〈O.01). The intention of the students who enter themselves for an autonomy enrollment examination is definite, which is caused mainly by their love and confidence in TCM. Parents' medicine background may promote the wish for the university. The number of countryside students is relative small.
