培训、学习与发展--教师远程培训平台的际代研究

         

摘要

伴随教师培训理念和互联网技术的快速发展,基于现代信息技术的教师远程培训平台在近十余年间不断改革创新,实现了跨越式发展。该研究从理念和技术两个视角出发,对教师远程培训平台的发展进行了纵向梳理,初步勾勒了从关注“训”到关注“学”,进而关注“教师专业发展”的平台发展历程,并对不同阶段教师远程培训平台的技术手段、平台功能、设计理念、学习理论指导、培训模式、资源类型、考核评价等进行了基于实践的剖析,揭示了不同阶段教师远程培训平台的特征及演替规律,以期为我国教师远程培训平台的建设与发展创新提供有益借鉴。%With the rapid development of theories on teacher training and web technologies, teachers’distance training platforms, which based on modern informational technologies, have been greatly changed and got leap forward development during these ten years. This article analyzes the development of teachers’distance training platforms from theoretical and technological perspectives,and concludes that the platforms’ focus have been changed from training to learning,then teachers’ professional development. According to the practices,the platforms’technologies, function, design theories, learning theories, training models, resource types and assessment in different stages are detected , and the features of platforms and their changing rules are revealed subsequently.
