Web2.0环境下大学生个人知识管理能力现状及对策研究

         

摘要

为培养大学生个人知识管理能力,提升大学生在知识经济时代的社会竞争力,依据知识转化的SECI模型,分析得出Web2.0网络环境下的个人知识管理的五大能力模块,从个人知识管理意识、个人知识管理网络平台应用、隐性知识挖掘外显、显性知识归纳综合和对知识的共享创新应用五个能力模块,结合问卷调查数据,分析当前大学生个人知识管理存在的能力缺陷,并从课程设置、教学改革和学生素质能力培养三个方面提出具体改良措施和实施策略。%In order to develop College Students’ personal knowledge management capability, enhance the social competitiveness of students in the knowledge economy era, the article based on the SECI model, analyses the ifve abilities of the personal knowledge management in the network environment. The research combined with the survey data, from ifve abilities of the personal awareness of knowledge management, the application capability of the network platform, tacit knowledge mining and explicit expression capability, explicit knowledge synthesizes capability, knowledge sharing and innovative applications capability, analyses the existing capacity gaps in the current college students personal knowledge manage-ment, and propose the improve Strategies from three aspects of curriculum, teaching reform and student quality and ability training.
