80后高校辅导员师德建设的有效路径探析

As the main body of university students’ ideological and political education, the post-80’s university tutors undertake the responsibility of guiding the students to the right way in their lives. The morality of those tutors is closely related to students ’ ideological and political level. With the help of SWOT analysis of the post-80’s tutors, this research tried to discover the common characteristics of this group of people and find out effective ways for the moral development of those tutors.%80后高校辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作的主体，肩负着引导在校学生系好人生第一颗扣子的重任，其师德水平直接关系到广大青年学生的思想政治水平。通过对80后辅导员队伍进行SWOT分析，把握80后辅导员群体的特征，探索针对80后辅导员师德建设的有效路径。
