国内外卫生信息化项目进度管理方法比较

摘要

This article focus on review and comparison of Chinese and foreign health informatization projects schedule management methods and techniques including Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Chain Method (CCM). The purpose of this article is to propose recommendations for further health informatization projects schedule management studies and practice.%对国内外卫生信息化项目进度管理方法进行了比较，包括挣值管理（EVM）、关键路径法（CPM）、计划评审技术（PERT）、关键链法（CCM），为今后我国卫生机构根据自身特点进一步开展卫生信息化项目进度管理的研究或实践提供参考。
