目的：剖析固定资产管理过程中存在的薄弱环节，系统研究解决方案。方法：以信息技术为手段，围绕固定资产管理的特点规律，构建核算管理系统。结果：创新医院固定资产核算管理模式，为搭建军队医院经济管理信息平台提供数据支撑。结论：全面启用固定资产核算管理系统，对于全面提升医院运营管理能力和水平将起到助力器的作用。%Objective: To research solutions systematically by analyzing weak points in fixed assets management process. Method: Constructing accounting management system with information technology and feature and rule of fixed assets management. Result: Provided data support to military hospital economic management information platform construction by innovation of hospital fixed asset accounting management mode. Conclusion: Entirely implementation of fixed asset accounting management system can take effect on enhancing hospital operation and management ability.
