信息技术支撑区域协同救治体系中胸痛中心的发展方向

摘要

规范化胸痛中心建设的核心是要将区域内的医疗资源进行整合，建立区域协同救治体系，利用现代信息技术将发病现场的心电图等生命监测信息及时传输到具有决策能力的医生手上，以实现在最短的时间内将患者送至具有救治能力的医院接受最佳治疗的目的。基于上述理念的区域协同救治体系已初显成效，必将引领胸痛中心的未来发展方向。%A key element of standardized chest pain centers is to integrate the regional medical resources to develop a regional collaborative rescue network. The life information including 12-lead electrocardiogram will be transmitted to decision maker from on-site or ambulance and to guide transporting the patients to the nearest hospital of capable to rescue to undertake the optimal therapy as soon as possible. The regional collaborative rescue network based the above concept has showed an encourage potential and surely will lead the developing direction of chest pain centers.
