The information technology, which is represented by Internet of Things, Mobile Internet and Cloud Computing technology, produces a revolutionary impact to the operation and medical model of Chest Pain Centers and Stroke Center. Considering the embarrassing situation of traditional medical model that different medical processes work apart with poor information channel, it is an inevitable development trend to make full and effective use of current medical resources based on new medical information system as well as advanced management concepts, in order to realize a unified platform of real-time telecommunication and collaborative treatment mechanism for multilevel medical facilities.%以物联网、移动互联网和云计算技术为代表的信息技术应用于胸痛、卒中急救领域，对胸痛中心、卒中中心的运营和医疗模式产生了革命性影响。通过技术创新推动医疗模式创新，充分整合现有医疗资源，倍增优质医疗资源利用率，实现多级医疗机构基于统一平台实时通信、区域协同救治，打破了传统医疗模式下各自为战、信息不畅的尴尬局面，是未来医疗信息化建设和发展的必然趋势。
