可视内窥镜在全麻中对术后POST的影响研究

摘要

目的：探讨观察可视内窥镜在全麻中对术后咽喉疼痛（POST）的影响。方法：对医院收治的行全麻手术的156例患者临床和病例资料行回顾性分析。其中于可视内窥镜下行全麻手术的患者共有88例，记为可视组，采用普通喉镜行全麻手术的患者共有68例，记为普通组，对比两组相关数据。结果：两组麻醉时间、手术时间和气囊压力等数据差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；可视组术后4h、8h、12h、24h和48h咽喉VAS评分均显著低于普通组（P＜0.05）；可视组POST和声音嘶哑发生率分别为3.41%和2.27%，普通组分别为17.65%和14.71%，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在全麻中应用可视内窥镜可显著减轻术后咽喉疼痛，降低POST和声音嘶哑发生率。%Objective: To discuss and observe the effect of visual endoscopy on postoperative sore throat (POST) in general anesthesia. Methods: The clinical and case data of one hundred and fifty-six cases of patients treated with operation in general anesthesia in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were a total of eighty-eight patients who were treated with operation in general anesthesia under the visual endoscopy, as the visual group, and the sixty-eight cases of patients who were treated with operation in general anesthesia under the general laryngoscope were noted as the general group. The surgical data were compared between the two groups. Results: The differences in the anesthesia time, operation time, air bag pressures between the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The scores of sore throat in the visual group at 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h and 48h were significantly lower than those in the general group (P < 0.05). The incidence rates of POST and hoarse voice in the visual group were respectively 3.41% and 2.27%, of which the general group were respectively 17.65% and 14.71%, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of visual endoscopy in general anesthesia can significantly reduce postoperative sore throat and reduce the incidence rates of POST and voice hoarse.
