目的:探讨微信平台在乳腺癌术后患者康复的应用效果.方法:将144例乳腺癌术后患者按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各72例.对照组患者实行常规延续性护理,观察组在常规延续性护理的基础上利用微信公众平台和微信群开展患者术后院外康复护理,连续干预6个月,比较两组患者生命质量、术后功能锻炼的依从性和对护理服务的满意度.结果:干预后观察组生命质量、术后功能锻炼依从性评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组对护理服务的总满意率为94.4%,高于对照组的34.7%(P<0.05).结论:基于微信平台的延续性护理应用于乳腺癌术后患者康复中,可以提高患者的生命质量、术后功能锻炼的依从性和对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广和应用.%Objective: To investigate the effect of WeChat platform in the rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods: 144 patients with breast cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, each with 72 cases. The control group underwent conventional continuous nursing, the observation group based on routine nursing continuity on the WeChat public platform and WeChat group to carry out out hospital rehabilitation of patients with nursing intervention for 6 months, the compliance of functional exercise and patients' quality of life and nursing services to satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the scores of quality of life and postoperative functional exercise were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.4%, which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the continuity of nursing care in the application of WeChat platform on rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer, can improve the functional exercise compliance, satisfaction to the nursing service and the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
