微生物法快速检测食品中维生素B12含量的应用研究

本文建立了微生物法测定食品中维生素B12（VB12）含量的快速方法，通过低温保藏测试菌液、缩小试验体积，以达到缩短检测周期、简化操作步骤，提高结果准确性与重现性的效果。同时，本文对如何保证试验的有效性和结果的准确性进行了探讨，总结了相关技术要点，为VB12测定微生物法在常规实验室的建立和应用推广提供了参考。%The article developed a rapid microbiological method for determination of Vitamin B12 in food by storing Lactobacilus leichmannii inoculum at -80 ℃ and minimizing the test volume, which greatly shortened the time and was easy to operate. The article discussed the validity and practicability of the method, summarized the experimental technology to improve the veracity of test results, making routine use of the microbiological assay feasible.
