牛新孢子虫病诊断方法研究进展

摘要

牛新孢子虫病是一种由犬新孢子虫引起的全球性牛寄生虫病，主要危害是造成妊娠母牛流产或死胎，以及新生儿的运动障碍和神经系统疾病。其较难与其他导致流产的疾病进行鉴别诊断。目前主要以血清学诊断和分子生物学诊断为主，仍缺少快速、准确的实验室诊断方法。本文对牛新孢子虫病诊断方法的研究进展进行了综述。%Neosporosis is a kind of worldwide protozoal-disease caused by Neospora caninum parasitizes, which may cause abortion of pregnant cows. It is difficult to differential diagnosis Neosporosis and several other diseases that lead to abortion. The diagnosis methods of Neosporosis are mainly focus on serological diagnosis and molecular biology diagnosis. But it is still lack of fast and accurate diagnosis methods. This review is focused on the research progress on diagnosis of Neosporosis.
