葡萄渣在反刍动物发酵饲料中应用前景探讨

摘要

葡萄渣营养成分丰富，本文就葡萄渣的营养成分及可利用价值进行了综述，为进一步合理利用葡萄渣作为反刍动物饲料提供理论基础。%Grape pomace after brewing wine is rich in nutrients. In this paper, the nutritional content of grape pomace and use value were reviewed and summarized, which provide a theoretical basis for further rational use as feed in ruminants.
