医学生人文素养培养评价体系的构建

摘要

Humanistic literacy cultivation for the medical students is an essential requirement for quality education and educating excellent medical talents , which lay the foundation for the specializing talents. Hebei People's Hospital combined the practice of clinical teaching and students’management, basically built the system for educating the humanistic literacy of medical students. This system test from morality, practice ability, health and psychological quality, learning ability and communication skills, try to cultivate all-around development students.%医学生人文素养的培养是实施素质教育，培养优秀医学人才的必然要求，为社会培养专业人才奠定基础。本院结合临床教学与学生管理实际，初步构建了医学生人文素养培养体系，从道德品质、实践能力、身心素质、学习能力、沟通技能等几方面进行评价，努力培养出全面素质的医学人才。
