Objective To explore the effect of preoperative functional training on postoperative recovery of patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty. Methods 50 patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups from January 2013 to January 2015 and received preoperative functional training and ostoperative rehabilitational exercise in each group. The VAS score and HSS score were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative VAS score was no signiifcant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). 3 days after operation. VAS score of experimental group were signiifcantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). 6 days after operation, HSS score of experimental group (80.0%) higher than control group (64.0%), and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative functional training can better improve the postoperative pain, shorten the hospitalization time, promote the function recovery of knee joint.%目的：探究术前功能训练指导对人工全膝关节置换术后患者关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月我院诊治的50例人工全膝关节置换术患者，随机分成两组，分别采用术前功能训练指导和术后康复训练，比较两组患者的VAS评分和HSS评分。结果两组患者术前疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术后3 d，实验组患者疼痛分数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后6 d，实验组患者HSS评分优良率为80.0%，高于对照组患者（64.0%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论术前功能指导训练能更好的改善患者术后疼痛，缩短住院时间，促进其膝关节功能的恢复。
