目的：探究重度颅脑外伤常见的并发症以及临床治疗方法。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月在我院治疗重度颅脑外伤的56例患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，统计并记录其常见的并发症，观察其治疗效果。结果56例重度颅脑外伤患者中常见的并发症包括高热、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、急性肾功能衰竭、外伤性癫痫、消化道出血、尿崩症，其中高热最为常见，发病率为67.9%，其次为急性呼吸窘迫综合征，发病率为46.4%。结论重度颅脑外伤常见的并发症主要包括高热、急性呼吸窘迫综合征等，了解并发症发生原因，予以针对性治疗可以降低病死率，改善患者的生活质量。%Objective To explore the common complications of severe craniocerebral trauma and clinical treatment.
