观察比较脑疝复位天幕切开与常规手术治疗重型脑外伤脑疝的效果

摘要

目的 对脑疝复位天幕切开手术和常规手术治疗重型脑外伤脑疝疾病的治疗效果进行观察与比较.方法 按随机数字表法,将74例重型脑外伤脑疝患者平均分成观察组与常规组,且分别予以脑疝复位天幕切开手术和常规手术治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果加以观察与对比.结果 观察组的植物生存率与死亡率均低于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对重型脑外伤脑疝患者予以脑疝复位天幕切开手术治疗,效果确切,且并发症少.%Objective Observation and comparisong effect of cerebral hernia reduction and tentorium incision surgery and conventional surgery in the treatment of severe traumatic brain hernia disease therapeutic.Methods According to the random number table method selected 74 cases of severe cerebral trauma cerebral hernia were divided into the observation group and the conventional group and were given cerebral hernia reduction of tentorium cerebelli hiatus incision surgery, conventional surgery and the treatment effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared.
