妇产科产后大出血优势护理干预体会

摘要

Objective Postpartum hemorrhage is a high risk factor of death in, explore the intervention nursing clinical effect of puerpera who has hemorrhoea postpartum.Methods Selected 16 cases with postpartum hemorrhage from June 2010 to June 2012 clinica date were analyzed.Results All patients were hemostasis after treatment with the advantages intervention nursing, no occured death cases, the effect was significant.ConclusionIn clinical take early preventive measures can reduce the postpartum hemorrhage incidence, take actively advantage of nursing intervention measures play an important role in improve postpartum hemorrhage nursing effect.%目的：产后大出血是造成产妇死亡的一个高危因素，探讨对产后大出血的产妇采取的护理干预措施的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月～2012年6月产后大出血产妇16例的相关资料。结果患者经优势护理干预后都得到止血，未出现1例产妇死亡的病例，护理效果比较显著。结论在妇产临床中采取早期预防措施能够降低产妇产后大出血的发生率，采取积极有效的干预护理措施，对于提高产后大出血护理效果具有重要作用。
